I was involved in purchasing a house for my wife's parents. Our purchase was reasonably complex in that it involved funds from my brother-in-law, who is resident off shore, and my in-laws who live 7 hours drive away. As a result there were delays with some legal communications and transfers. At all times during the negotiations, legal communications and final exchange we found Claire to be extremely personable, respectful of our situation and honest.

Claire was kind and professional, was transparent around market conditions, and set expectations accordingly. There was nothing that was too much trouble. Even with me living overseas there was never an issue, and Claire made this an easy and stress-free process. I will be contacting Claire as a first point of call if I ever have a need for an estate agent in Kiama again, without hesitation.
