Gemma joined the First National team in 2026 and a proud second-generation Kiama Local, Gemma is often the friendly face or voice welcoming clients to the office. As the first point of contact, she brings a bright personality and strong customer service experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
Having grown up in Kiama and attended local schools, Gemma has a genuine connection to the community and an excellent knowledge of the local area. Her local insight and approachable nature make her a valued member of the First National team and a helpful resource for clients.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys travelling, camping, and catching up over coffee at her favourite local cafes.
