Having worked as a Real Estate agent I knew exactly what type of an agent I wanted to sell my home. I followed the sales and agents in my estate and town and decided to interview 3 of the best. Ryan did stand out and was an excellent communicator. We were both on the same page and agreed with the process and price. I had arranged my contract of sale and prepared my home before contacting Ryan so I hoped to move quickly through the process. I listed with Ryan on the Friday afternoon and the photographer was at my home 10am on Saturday and a private viewing the same morning.
