" Simply the best! "
I would highly recommend anyone selling their house to list with Claire. Highly professional at all times, Claire made me feel confident about selling my property in a tough market, put me at ease with her positivity and responded quickly to phone calls and correspondence. Dealing with someone with extensive local knowledge of the area really helped with developing the right marketing strategy. Feedback after open houses was always prompt, realistic and positive. It was very calming and reassuring as a vendor to know Claire was always working towards the very best outcome possible. If you want to deal with an agent who is realistic, positive and has the best negotiation skills, engage Claire as your agent. Put simply, she is simply the best!
" Always Responsive & helpful "
We would like to thank Tricia Murdoch and her team for the way she has handled the tenants during our ownerhip in Gerroa. Always responsive, helpful, with our best interests at heart but also being fair to the tenants. Thankyou Tricia from us both. Best wishes.
" Professional, Knowledgeable, personable "
This is the second time we have engaged with Claire, the first time was to sell our home eighteen months ago and this time buying a home.
I can attest on both occasions Claire has been outstanding, she has made the process as smooth as possible, maintains regular communication and is quick to follow up when required.
Claire has great knowledge of the local area and property market. She is professional, friendly and easy to communicate with.
Claire is efficient, honest and reliable. Can’t recommend her enough as an agent.
Thanks Claire for making the process a smooth one and helping us find our next family home.
" Great asset "
