" Very happy vendor "
This was my second transaction with Andy Wharton and it was as professional and pleasant as the first. Both were executed with ease. Andy listened and understood my needs and equally appreciated what his purchasers required. His style makes doing business with him a pleasure. He has very good knowledge of his market.
" Andy’s͏ a great bloke! "
We really enjoyed meeting Andy! And that part aside he is a great agent. He was very helpful, clear and informative. He genuinely shared our excitement when we purchased and his contact and assistance has continued after. We’d thoroughly recommend Andy as an agent!
" Persistence prevails! "
Andy remained persistent to the end and got us a good result despite difficult market conditions amid sharply rising interest rates. Nice work!
" A great Agent to deal with. "
During the recent purchase of our home, Andy was very professional, open and honest and very pleasant to deal with at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy as a quality Real Estate Agent.
