" Anne-Marie has been exceptional to work with "
I would like to acknowledge the excellent work that Anne-Marie does, and to compliment Anne-Marie on the level of service and professionalism that she provides. Anne-Marie has been exceptional to work with and she has responded quickly to various maintenance matters at the property, which she does in a friendly, engaging and solutions minded focus. I am sure the current tenants are equally as satisfied too.
" Professionalism and Commitment by Anne-Marie "
We have recently engaged the services of Anne-Marie Fishburn at First National Coast & Country Kiama to manage our investment property.
If only we had done so sooner! Working with Anne-Marie has relieved a lot of stress, anxiety and brought comfort in knowing that the investment property is being looked after.
It is not only Anne-Marie's professionalism and commitment in delivering what she says, but also her friendliness and understanding of your needs which we are so impressed and delighted with.
Thank you Anne-Marie and First National Coast & Country Kiama.
" Terrific Property Management Team "
I have been wanting to move to Kiama for 4 years and realised that the rental property market was difficult to move into.
On an off-chance, recently I phoned Anne-Marie at First National Coast and Country and asked her if any property was available that met my requirements. She thought about it for a second and referred me to her colleague Deb Murphy, who had a property about to enter the market.
The terrific team of two left no stone unturned to ensure that I acquired this dream property and bent over backwards to assist me in every way.
I would recommend this agency over and over again.
" Went beyond the call of duty! "
Claire was very helpful throughout the whole process. She went beyond the call of duty to ensure everyone was on the same page and that communications flowed to all parties without any hiccups. We're thankful for all the work Claire has put into making our deal work-out.
