" Lilli has exceptional ability in providing great service "
Lilli has exceptional ability in providing great service has been a pleasure buying our new home from her and Jason
" Smooth And Uncomplicated "
This purchase was smooth and uncomplicated. The experience was somewhat different to other property purchases we have undertaken. The agents involved did not flood us with selling features of the home, we made our own decisions in that regard, our decision to purchase was based on features that suited us. Jason, Kim and Nana, were obliging at all times, allowing us to inspect the property at our own pace and met our every request for additional inspections. Experience and a patient approach is a nice change, Jason Stalgis, Kim Vaux and the sales team along with Lilli Williams, at Coast and Country First National, Gerringong, certainly display such an approach, we are grateful for the professional service we received.

" Efficient and Extremely Proficient "
I want to say thank you in appreciation of how you have and are handling my rental property. You have been very helpful, efficient and extremely proficient . You keep me up to date and have managed repairs, maintenance and renovations for me whilst I was away on holiday I have had rental properties in the past and I have not had the extremely proficient management of the property that you have given me. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anybody who needs a managing agent for their investment properties. I’m looking forward to our continued business dealings.
