" Honest, committed and experienced agent "
On behalf of Fiona and myself I would like to thank Ryan Stalgis for his thorough commitment in selling our home at 15 Burnett Avenue Gerringong. Ryan was very honest to us in his thoughts for our property sale and was only too willing to show his experience in this matter. We are truly grateful to Ryan and would recommend him to anybody selling their home.
" Sale of our property at 5 Greta Street "
After purchasing our new property from Ryan at First National Gerringong, we had no hesitation in engaging him to sell our current home. We found Ryan to be pleasant, honest, consultative and at all times professional, keeping us informed of any prospective buyers. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone thinking of selling their home.
" Wonderful Agent – Very Efficient "
We approached First National late in 2017 because we were interested in selling our property at Toolijooa and purchasing a house in Gerringong. Throughout the whole time of these negotiations we dealt with Ryan and found him to be a wonderful help, as well as being so very efficient and supportive, giving us advice and assurance in every way. Any special questions or requests we had he would attend to without delay. We were successful in purchasing the house we wanted in Gerringong and we are now settled and very happy in our new residence. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan to any person looking for real estate.
" Genuine and professional agent "
Ryan Stalgis handled the sale of the house we bought. He was completely professional throughout the sale campaign. During the period after the auction, we had many questions regarding settlement and about the house itself - at all times Ryan was quick to respond with helpful information. Ryan is a generous and genuine person, and with our move to the local area, we look forward to seeing more of him.
