First National Coast and Country Kiama have managed our Kiama rental property for a number of years and we have been very happy with the service provided. Vandre has recently taken over as our Property Manager at FNCC, at a critical time of a change of tenants. Vandre has done an outstanding job of managing the property for us during this period. At short notice the previous lease and inspections had to be finalised, a new tenant had to be found and a new lease arranged, plus quite a few maintenance items needed attention including arranging trades to do repairs and repainting, all in the very busy few weeks before Christmas. Everything went very smoothly, the repairs and maintenance were completed and a new tenant given access all in the space of 10 days, throughout which time we were continuously updated on progress.
