I wanted to say how grateful we are for the way Deb Murphy managed the rental of our property in Tanner Place. We have friends who tell horror stories of their rental investment properties and the way they were mismanaged and damaged, but we have no such stories to tell. Deb has been very careful in the recommendation of tenants and in the regular inspections to keep us informed regarding the way it was being looked after. So when we came to sell it there was nothing that needed to be done.
