" Most experienced expert in the local area "
We have been clients of the First National Property Management team for over 10 years after moving out of NSW. The team have always been professional and helped us manage repairs, maintenance and refurbishments remotely that we couldn't have undertaken without their support. Thank you. More recently, Jason Stalgis helped us successfully sell the property. He is refreshingly transparent and is extremely measured in his advice, which evidences Jason's position as the most experienced expert in the local area. Thanks Jason
" "Friendly, Professional and Down to Earth Team" "
Thanks to Jason and the wonderful team at First National Coast & Country Gerringong for all your hard work over the years for our family. We have purchased 2 houses and sold a house with them. A smooth process each time with great communication. Friendly, professional and down to earth team. Highly recommend.
" Thanks very much for a great job "
I highly recommend Ryan if you are thinking of selling or buying in Gerringong. We sold our investment property with Ryan and it was a much less stressful experience than I think it would have been with another agent. We had to go through the COVID-19 changes and Ryan and I had many long talks about the market and what to do next. He was spot on with his assessments and in the end we got a price we were very happy with and in line with what we hoped to achieve pre-COVID. Ryan understands how special Gerringong is as a place to live and I think that helps him to connect with the buyers on a personal level.
" Honest and True Professionals "
I would just like to say a big thank you to Jason and the team for their great work with the recent sale of our home. We first meet Jason and Joe when they sold us this house over nine years ago. From our first meeting, we knew Jason and Joe were good and honest blokes and true professionals. Over the years, we have appreciated their expertise and advice. We are now moving on but Gerringong will always hold a special place in our hearts. Once again, thanks.
