" Very easy "
I would like to recommend Jason Stalgis as the best Real Estate Agent that we have ever had to sell our home both here and at other locations. Jason did not pester us after the initial valuation even though we were undecided if or when we would move. He was completely professional in all our dealings with him. Any questions we asked he answered completely and returned all phone calls promptly. Jason and the team at First National, Gerringong made selling our home very easy indeed. With very kindest regards and all the best for the future .
" Dedication "
When we decided to sell our house in Werri Beach we first thought of Joe Dignam at First National in Gerringong. From the first Joe's sense of humour and his dedication to the job at hand and his patience in explaining his every move and all decisions impressed us, when we had a setback with a potential purchaser he helped us see the value in more open home days and he set to work with an energy and direction we could only envy. This is the dedication we were talking about . He found us not one but two people interested in purchasing our home and his help in talking to these people somehow managed to secure a sale and at a higher price than the one that disappointed us earlier. We are delighted with the outcome that Joe achieved for us and even though we are moving out of this area if we sell our new home we will ask Joe if he can sell it for us . Thank you Joe so very much.
" Stress free "
The experience of selling my house through first national and particularly joe Dignam was a stress free as it could possibly have been. During every step of the process I was listened to, advised appropriately, kept totally informed and was always give the time and opportunity to think through every decision. I never felt pressured to go in a direction I wasn’t pure of. After each open house I was contacted and given the details of the interest. When the offers were received I had full confidence that Joe was working in my best interest. I couldn’t be happier with the final result thanks to joe, Jason and all the staff. Dick couldn’t have sold the business to a more professional group of people.
" Sold within a week "
Thank you to Joe and team at first national Gerringong. Property sold within a week and we cannot fault your professionalism and high quality of customer service. We would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family.
