As a current tenant in Gerringong and former tenant at Gerroa, Deb Peters had been helpful in finding me a rental property in a well-publicised low vacancy rental market.
Both residences had little need for repairs/attention but when required action was taken. As a property industry person myself I appreciate the challenge of meeting both landlord and tenant demands. For tenants, Deb has good rapport and open channels of communication which in turn minimises issues snowballing into problems. For landlords, Deb carefully selects and respects quality tenants which in turn protects the investment-minimal vacancy and consistent rental payments.
