FEBRUARY MONTHLY MARKET UPDATE

February was another great month for our local area, general enquiries have increased, as well as open home numbers, giving no doubt that buyer activity is increasing as the market appears to stabilise. We are continuing to attract plenty of local and Sydney based buyers as they resurface from the holiday period.

A successful month overall, our team has achieved 15 great results throughout the area including; Terry Digger and Abbey Murphy sold 22B Irvine Street, Kiama under the hammer for $1,225,000 which was well above the reserve. Jason Stalgis negotiated a great result of $2,700,000 for a DA approved developement site at 35 Belinda Street, Gerringong and Ryan Stalgis had another great result in Gerroa with 78 Crooked River Road, Gerroa selling for $1,910,000.

Our sales Agent Angie Ritchie is a proud co-founder of Kiama & Gerringong Crop and Swap. They have been meeting for over 7 years now in both Kiama and Gerringong! Do you know when you have a tree full of lemons or a garden full of sage, and not much else? They can help you! They swap veggies, herbs, fruits, preserves, baking – even a favourite recipe is a swap! They meet on the second Saturday of the month at Burnetts on Barney in Kiama, and the fourth Saturday of the month at the Gerringong Community Garden, both starting at 9:30am. Get out in the community have some fun and support local!
