February was another great month for our local area, general enquiries have increased, as well as open home numbers, giving no doubt that buyer activity is increasing as the market appears to stabilise. We are continuing to attract plenty of local and Sydney based buyers as they resurface from the holiday period.

Jason Stalgis negotiated a great result of $2,700,000 for a DA approved developement site at 35 Belinda Street, Gerringong and Ryan Stalgis had another great result in Gerroa with 78 Crooked River Road, Gerroa selling for $1,910,000.
