February was another great month for our local area, general enquiries and open homes have continued to attract local and Sydney buyers as their as they resurface from the holiday period. As far as 2023 is looking, there is light at the end of the tunnel as far as interest rate rises are concerned. This will no doubt help with buyer confidence, as we expect a flow of more engaged buyers as the year progresses.
A successful month overall, our team has achieved some great results throughout the area including; Claire Nunn securing a fantastic price of $1,635,000 for 19 Matthews Street, Shoalhaven Heads, Terry Digger and Abbey Murphy selling 1/43 Tombonda Drive, Kiama at auction for an outstanding $1,325,000, Jason Stalgis and Kim Vaux negotiating 56 Burnett Avenue, Gerringong for $1,400,000 and Ryan Stalgis achieving an amazing result of $2,750,000 for 56 Riverleigh Avenue, Gerroa.
