Property – 7 Koraaga Road, Gerringong

There’s no denying that the question on everyone’s lips is, “where is the property market headed for the second half of this year?”

Well, despite continued interest rate rises, and the usual doom and gloom from the media, Sydney has actually seen month-on-month increases in median house prices. So, with Sydney leading the upturn we are confident that we will continue to see a strengthening local market, and although campaign days on market are still longer than average, we are starting to see a return to consistent sales across all our offices.

It’s also widely believed that when interest rates eventually stabilise and inflation is back under control, Sydney’s larger regional locations, ‘in particular lifestyle beachside suburbs’, will likely outperform the wider overall market. That sounds like us!

In short, there is no doubt that we will still have plenty of people wanting to purchase their little piece of paradise, and our local area remains the sought-after destination with buyers and investors alike.

Shout out to significant recent sales this past month, including Terry Digger & Abbey Murphy setting a new street record for 35 Marsden Street, Kiama selling for a staggering price of $2,500,000. Nana Coburn and Kim Vaux negotiating 5a Short Street, Gerringong for $1,000,000, and Angie Ritchie’s excellent result with minimal days on market for 22 Willowbank Place, Gerringong.

If you are considering selling and would like to know the current value of your property or have any questions relating to buying, selling, investing or property management please feel free to give us call.

Community Support

Seeing our community thrive is important to us as an organisation, that is why we continue to support as many local organisations as we can. In particular, those who help to promote the health and well being of our local people.

In the month of June The Australian Red Cross bus was in Kiama and we were so proud to go along as a team and donate blood to save lives as they were in desperate need for blood donors. If you have never donated blood before take a leap and donate for the first time like several members of our team!
