So, with Sydney leading the upturn we are confident that we will continue to see a strengthening local market, and although campaign days on market are still longer than average, we are starting to see a return to consistent sales across all our offices.
It’s also widely believed that when interest rates eventually stabilise and inflation is back under control, Sydney’s larger regional locations, ‘in particular lifestyle beachside suburbs’, will likely outperform the wider overall market. That sounds like us!
In short, there is no doubt that we will still have plenty of people wanting to purchase their little piece of paradise, and our local area remains the sought-after destination with buyers and investors alike.

Nana Coburn and Kim Vaux negotiating 5a Short Street, Gerringong for $1,000,000, and Angie Ritchie’s excellent result with minimal days on market for 22 Willowbank Place, Gerringong.
