" Vandre Elith has been exceptional and continues to do an outstanding job "
As a Landlord I place great trust in an agency to manage our rental property in Kiama, Vandre Elith has been exceptional and continues to do an outstanding job I am so pleased that I found her!
" Vandre is brillant "
Vandre has been my managing agent for well over 6 months. She had to take over management of a very difficult tenant. Vandre did a brilliant job navigating issues that arose, going way beyond the call of duty to avoid problems for us the landlords. I have no hesitation in recommending Vandre as a most professional property manager who is committed and extremely reliable. Vandre is also able to provide my personal phone number should a verbal reference be required.
" High attention to detail "
Vandre recently worked closely with me to transition my holiday rental to permanent rental. She demonstrated a high attention to detail, was diligent in both marketing and showing the property, understood what I was looking for in a tenant and was able to achieve a great weekly rental for the property. I have no hesitation in recommending Vandre as a rental agent
