September has been another busy month for our team, from fantastic sales to recognition in major NSW industry awards!
The beginning of the Spring selling season has produced high end results. Jason Stalgis and Kim Vaux negotiated two spectacular sales; $2,625,000 for 65 Pacific Avenue, Werri Beach and $1,760,000 for 96 Merrick Circuit, Kiama. Andy Wharton also achieved an impressive result of $1,700,000 for 1 William Street, Kiama.
We are very excited to announce that we are the Winners of the Real Estate Institute of NSW – Residential Sales Team Award! A huge honour, these awards are the biggest and most respected industry awards in NSW. This award considers not only sales volumes and results, but also client satisfaction and community support. This is an amazing achievement for our team; however, we wouldn’t achieve this success without our valued clients, and we cannot thank you enough for your continued support!

First National Coast & Country are proud sponsors of the Shoalhaven Heads Golf Club. Locals recently took part in the Shoalhaven Heads golf tournament which was recently held on the 3rd September.
We are really excited to be supporting the Shoalhaven Heads Golf Club, and the monthly First National Coast and Country Medal, awarding the winners for A, B and C grades. They recently held their monthly medal tournament for September, a big congratulations to this month’s winners pictured below; from left to right, A Grade – Simon Rudd, B Grade – Jeremy Cocks, C Grade – Adrian Mawer. Well done to everyone that competed in this tournament, it was an awesome day.
