September has been another busy month for our team, from fantastic sales to recognition in local business awards!
The beginning of the Spring selling season has produced high end results. Sales agent Ryan Stalgis recorded a new street record, selling 17 Barclay Street, Gerringong, for $1,950,000. Terry Digger and Abbey Murphy also set a new street record with an impressive result of $2,150,000 for the 16 Holden Street, Kiama. And 159 Fern Street, Gerringong sold in 15 days for an amazing price by Terry Digger and Nana Coburn.
