" Claire Nunn: A complete professional! "
Thanks for helping us with our recent purchase in Kiama. You were a complete professional during the whole process. Your gentle and caring personality and excellent communication skills made everything go smoothly.
We would highly recommend Claire to anyone buying or selling in the area.
" Professional and friendly agent with a good knowledge of the area "
Claire Nunn was an integral member of the team from First National Coast & Country Kiama who recently sold our home at Kiama Downs.
With one open house and a list of potential purchasers a sale was secured in little over a week and the price achieved was at the high end of the proposed sale price.
Claire was always very approachable, professional and friendly with a good knowledge of the area.
On our dealings and result we would strongly recommend.
" Lorriane is amazing "
Lorraine and the team are professional, friendly and always there to help or deal with an issue occurring with our property or tenants. Very happy with their service and will continue to use their services into the future.
" We honestly couldn't be happier with Lorraine "
We honestly couldn't be happier with our Property Manager Lorraine Shaw. From day one she was professional, friendly and always quick to respond. Inspections were completed and any maintenance issues were resolved quickly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It's rare to find a Property Manager who is so genuinely helpful and reliable. We highly recommend Lorraine to anyone who is looking to rent their property.
