" Highly recommend "
Lorraine Shaw and the team at First National Coast & Country have leased and managed our rental properties for many years. Lorraine has always provided excellent tenants for us and any building maintenance issues are sorted promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend Lorraine and FNC&C.
" Efficiency, empathy and professionalism "
Lorraine you are far and away the best real estate agent I've had the good fortune to interact with. Thank you for your efficiency, empathy and professionalism. It really makes a huge difference to me that I'm heard and any these issues are quickly addressed. You make Gerringong in general, feel more and more like a home. Thank you Lorraine
" Professional and Friendly! "
A wonderful agency with professional and friendly staff. Our Property Manager, Lorraine, is second to none. We relocated just over 12 months ago and her helpfulness, efficiency and extremely prompt service helped us find and move into our new home without a single issue.
Lorraine is very responsive to any issues or concerns, she takes action without delay and always follows up with us to ensure a positive outcome. Not only that but she is also very friendly and her nature is engaging and warm. She has made us feel like family in this small community.
Whenever we have had to liaise with any of the team they have all been professional and welcoming and also act quickly.
Highly recommend the team here and won't go anywhere else now.
" Great Communication! "
An outstanding level of service is always exhibited in the management of our investment property. From finding the right tenant to maintaining the communication regarding inspections and issues associated with the property. Highly recommended!
