APRIL MONTHLY MARKET UPDATE

Property – 9 Sommerville Close, Kiama

April has been a busy month that has seen our region bustling with visitors and locals enjoying the spectacular weather we had over the Easter long weekend. Despite back-to-back public holidays, we have achieved a combined eight sales and nine new listings across our three offices during the month.

Sales agent Andy Wharton recorded a new street record, selling 7 Pheasant Point Drive, Kiama, for $4,600,000. Terry Digger and Abbey Murphy achieved an impressive result of $2,000,000 for the sale of 8/33 Shoalhaven Street, Kiama.

With the RBA’s pause on its aggressive interest rate rises, inflation seemingly on the downturn, and all the major research houses reporting an uptick in property values across the country, we are seeing encouraging signs for a stronger market ahead.

Community Support

Seeing our community thrive is important to us as an organisation, that is why we continue to support as many local organisations as we can. In particular, those who help to promote the health and well being of our local people.

Our team recently attended the April Chamber Connect which was held at the Cicada Luxury Camping at sunset and was a successful night connecting with other business within the community.
