JANUARY MONTHLY MARKET UPDATE

Kiama Harbour

2023 is well-underway, it’s hard to believe we are already in February. We hope you’ve had some time to enjoy the summer and catch up with friends and family.

As usual, great summer weather over the school holidays meant there were plenty of people around the area. Some new to discovering this slice of paradise, and many returning for their annual family get-togethers.

General enquiries increased and open homes saw a surge in buyer activity as they resurface from the holiday period. As far as 2023 is looking, there is light at the end of the tunnel as far as interest rate rises are concerned. This will no doubt help with buyer confidence, and we expect a flow of more engaged buyers as the year progresses.

We have started the year with an abundance of fantastic sales! Feature sales of the month include; Ryan Stalgis negotiating 110 Headland Drive, Gerroa for a spectacular $5,100,000, Terry Digger and Abbey Murphy selling 86 Kiarama Avenue, Kiama Downs for an impressive $1,900,000 and Claire Nunn achieving the great result of $1,000,000 for 15 Towers Road, Shoalhaven Heads!

Exciting news to start the year we are very proud to announce we have been selected as FINALISTS for the Real Estate Institute of AUSTRALIA’S Residential Sales Team of the Year! A huge achievement for our agency and area as these are the most respected awards in the industry. The winners will be announced at the awards night on the 9th March. Well done to our CCFN team!
