As we wrap up another month, it is hard to believe we are already one-quarter of the way through 2022! School holidays begin at the end of this week and we are less than two weeks out from Easter. March has been no exception for our team, seeing great Realestate results continue throughout the region. Our combined sales team achieved 11 sales and 15 new listings, while our property management team signed 19 leases, 31 lease renewals and had an average vacancy rate of 3.37%
A new record sale price was reached in Elambra Estate with sales agent Julie Vaux selling 1 Nile Close, Gerringong for $2,245,000.
First National Coast & Country was recognised for outstanding achievement at the national networks General Excellence and Marketing Awards, held at Hyatt Regency Sydney on Saturday 12th March.
The awards recognise the achievements of First National’s NSW agents throughout 2021, with winners now competing for the national General Excellence and Marketing Awards, which will be announced at the network’s annual convention in Bangkok, Thailand, this May.
First National Coast & Country Principal, Terry Digger, says the results show how tenaciously our staff have managed the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 to continue delivering excellence for the agencys customers.
‘Nothing beats hard work and a commitment to delivering for customers. This is exactly what our staff did throughout the past 12 months.’ Terry said.

The First National Coast & Country Kiama Beach Tag competition was held at Surf Beach Kiama on Saturday 26th of March. Congratulations to our Open Men’s team, they just missed out on the title and were runners up in the final. Well done boys, you played so well!
