Across our offices we have received 14 new listings, and achieved 9 great sales. The average days on market for November sales has returned to reflect normal market conditions (i.e. pre covid boom!).

Help make a Christmas wish come true for a less fortunate family this Christmas! We are supporting the Salvation Army Appeal and the St Vincent de Paul Society again this year by donating Christmas presents left under our office trees.
Bring an UNWRAPPED gift into one of our Kiama, Gerringong or Shoalhaven Heads offices and place it under our giving tree before the 16th December. All gifts will be taken to the Salvation Army store in Kiama and the Salvation Army Church in Nowra which will then be distributed to children who are a little less fortunate.
