October proved to be another busy month for our team as the peak of Spring has seen a sequence of bumper sales.
This month has produced fantastic results across the board! Claire Nunn negotiated two spectacular sales; $1,640,000 for 110 Bland Street, Kiama and $1,620,000 for 33 Aspinall Street, Shoalhaven Heads. Andy Wharton achieved an great result of $1,600,000 for 33 South Kiama Drive, Kiama. 19A Burke Parade, Gerroa also sold for an impressive result of $2,750,000 by Ryan Stalgis.
As the warmer months approach our beautiful area begins to get booked and busy, we are experiencing an increase in buyer enquiry and activity as people lean into the market to get in for the Summer holidays.

Seeing our community thrive is important to us as an organisation, that is why we continue to support as many local organisations as we can. In particular, those who help to promote the health and well being of our local people.
Our wonderful Claire Nunn has taken part in the under 10’s OzTag sponsorship this month. Celebrating a fantastic season to come, the boys are geared up and ready to go!
We are really excited to be supporting the Shoalhaven Heads Golf Club, and the monthly First National Coast and Country Medal, awarding the winners for A, B and C grades. They recently held their monthly medal tournament for October, a big congratulations to this month’s winners. Pictured below is B grade winner Terry Ashby. Well done to everyone that competed in this tournament, it was an awesome day.
