Traditionally Spring is one of the busiest seasons in real estate for sellers, with buyers setting themselves with a December deadline to move in.
August continued the trend of fantastic results with Jason Stalgis and Kim Vaux achieving a street record for 9 Sandy Wha Road, Gerringong at $2,500,000, and a great result $1,870,000 for 20 Werri Street, Werri Beach. Terry Digger and David Hall negotiated a fantastic sale of 2 Dido Street, Kiama for $2,000,000 and Ryan Stalgis also achieved an impressive price of $2,200,000 for 16 Armstrong Avenue, Gerringong.
We are very excited to announce that we have been selected again as a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of NSW 2022 Awards for Excellence in the Residential Sales Team category! This is a huge honor, these awards are the biggest and most respected industry awards in NSW. The winners will be announced at the Awards Night this month.

Abbey Murphy sponsors the Kiama Central Netball Club, providing awards for the club volunteer of the month. This month these two girls with the help of their families, came up with the idea to sell some of the club house raffle tickets at the farmers markets, giving up their time in the school holidays and sold plenty of tickets.
