It’s hard to believe the first quarter of 2024 has passed already. Following on from the Christmas break, we saw an increase in engagement with buyers during this quarter as general enquiries increased, as well as open home numbers.
March continued the trend of fantastic results by all of our team including: Angie Ritchie sold 22 Elambra Parade, Gerringong for $1,530,000 after 27 days on the market. 73a River Road, Shoalhaven Heads sold for a fantastic price of $1,700,000 by Claire Nunn & Aimee Longbottom and Sam Lathbury achieved a great result on 9a Elanora Road, Kiama Heights of $1,590,000.
First National Coast & Country was recognised for outstanding achievement at the national network’s General Excellence and Marketing Awards, held at Hyatt Regency, Sydney in March.
